A large Edeka supermarket with a bakery, pharmacists, banks, doctors are nearby. The Baden-Baden downtown area is just a few minutes by bus.

Smoking inside the flat is forbidden, but possible on the terrace and in front of the apartment. Bed sheets, towels, bathrobes and slippers are provided. The property will only be rented to visitors without pets.

The flat is equipped with all modern electrical- and household appliances.
